Very friendly and affable staff, easy check in. Location: exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, close to lake of annecy, the cycle path and lake, and France. A wide range of food options relatively near the venue.

The location of this place was amazing as it was close to a bakery and just a short distance from beautiful views along Lake Annecy and the bike path.

the hotel room was reasonably spacious, had central heating, an iron, and tea/coffee making equipment. the location was good and lovely for exploring sevrier.

Big room and kitchenette. Lake view from the window was splendid. Lovely location to bakery, terrific services and very clean bed. Close enough to lake side, lake Annecy, and the shore of lake Annecy.

I had a wonderful stay. Everything in the hotel was modern. - the room had great views of the lake. - the bathtub in the bathroom was a plus. - the property is in a perfect location near the cycle path, the lake, and the mountains.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the modern and clean Cote Ouest Aparthotel. The apartment was well-equipped and had everything I needed, including a fully functional kitchen and reliable WiFi. The location was great, with easy access to the lake and a beautiful view. I also appreciated the friendly concierge and the convenience of renting bicycles at the hotel. The nearby bakery was a nice bonus for starting the day with fresh pastries.

cote ouest impressed us again with their modern, clean apartment in a great location. the friendly owners made our stay even better, and we loved the option to rent bikes and explore the beautiful bike track along the lake. we'll definitely be back!
